VRAY 1.5 Installer Crashes

Hi There,
We are running into a consistent crash with the installer for Vray 1.5 Final 64 crashing. If run from a network drive the installer crashes every time but even copying the installer to the desktop does not fix the problem for some machines. These are Dell PE 1850 with 64 bit Dual cores running XP 64 with 4 gigs of RAM, SP2.
These are render servers.

In which part does it crash? Have you tried downloading it again? Do you have administrator privileges when you run it?

I just PMd you vlado. Im having same problem. The installer immediately crashes.

I’ve seen this happen if the installer did not download completely for some reason… please email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com and we’ll try to fix it.

Hi Vlado,
Will do on all the suggestion will email you if the problem persists.
If it does I will try and get the steps that occurred from our IT person. We are downloading the file again and the dongle drivers.
