Vray 7 doesn't work after hotfix 1 - Maya 2023.3.1

I just installed Vray7 Hotfix 1 for Maya and Vray no longer functions. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, as well as using a few different GPU drivers and installing any outstanding Windows updates, but nothing has worked.

To verify that the Maya file wasn’t causing the issue, I attempted to render a simple scene in a new file. I clicked the IPR button, and instead of the Vray Frame Buffer, the Maya render window popped. It only showed a wireframe, after I selected a region with the marquee. (attached).

Nothing like this has happened to me before, so I’m at a loss for how to troubleshoot the issue. My basic computer specs are listed below.

Processor AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3960X 24-Core
Installed RAM 128 GB
Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
Windows 10 Pro
Maya Version 2023.3.1
Vray Version 7 hotfix 1

Is your license server and online licensing active? Any error messages in the log? Have you enabled the V-Ray Plugins from (Windows > Settings/Preferences > Plug-in Manager)? Have you switched the Renderer to V-Ray?

I was a dummy, it ended being license server. I thought I had tried that already. I uninstalled and deleted all the associated files. Everything works after I installed a standalone download of the latest file.
