vray and black stains

Hi to everybody,
I premise with to say that I am new in Vray and use the beta 1.46.10.
I am rendering a building but I have a problem with the shutters.
in practice me introduces him some strange stains.
how can I resolve the problem?

why arn’t you posting in the registered forum ? if you are using 1.46.10 ?
or is that a stupid question.

well, there still seem to be alot of people that dont have access to the closed forum yet. And then who knows how long it takes for a new user to get access.
