How do I debug what’s causing it? VRay/Max just crap out and disappear.
VRay 1.5 SP2 for Max2009 64bit, WinXP 64.
well without seeing the max file or the render, it looks like vray came across something at a certain region.
Can you post the rest of the vraylog?
yep I naively thought that xp64 and max 64 would eliminate such messages, I usually see this when doing displacement and rendering out at large size, tell us a bit more about your scene, displ? render size? settings etc…

Best if you can get us a scene that we can debug here and see what is the problem; a reason for this might be insufficient memory, but then again it might be something else.
