VRAY dark artifacts

hi
i have little problem - render: Q+IRR -3 -1

but i have dark artifacts:
1 and 2 - i have not solutions

dark spot over the (left) glass - i know about this problem - in this point i have mistake - little slit in my model - and this generate dark lights.

but for 1???

before any help is rendered. i know this is cruel. but why have you not registered on the forum with you “legal” copy so that you can post on the normal section of the forum?
