Vray Dsipalce Modifier

Hi I am having real issues with Vray and 3DS Max today:

Vray 7 Update 2, Hotfix 3, (7.20.08 Build 00001)

Mapping is off and I get this when I render with displace

I am working on a visual for a clients house and I get no displacement with the modifier, and bitmaps have been acting strange all day.

Can anyone look at the file, It would be appreciated. deadlines ahead, ​

Change the displacement mod’s type to “3D Displacement”, add a map and you’ll get expected results. Right now it only subdivides the mesh.
