VRay for Max 9 and 2008 co-existing

I installed VRay for Max 9 and 2008 yesterday both 64 bit on XP 64, all was fine until this morning and I had an error message

CodeMeter or WIBU-KEY runtime system is not installed!

I thought multiple VRay’s could co-exist? Max 9 then started to show unpleasant multiple crashes, Xref’d scenes and objects wouldn’t load, then Max refused to render then immediately crash (Max 9).

Didn’t try Max 2008 today, just un-installed VRay for 2008 and all seems OK?
