I tried replying to you through our ticket system, but it seems there was an email delivery issue, so I’m posting the steps here as well.
To find out what’s causing the crash, we’ll need to inspect your scene. Please send us the full project with all its assets by exporting a V-Ray scene as an archive:
1. Go to Settings > Paths & Sharing
2. Enable Export As Archive
3. Go to Render Tab menu and select Export V-Ray Scene
Or check the following link
Then, please send us both of the following:
- your .rvt project file
- the .vrscene archive file
