Vray for Revit will not install properly on Windows 10 PC

I’m getting this error when I open Revit 2023 after trying to install V-Ray for Revit which getting to the end as far as the bar indicator is a measure of completeness and nothing happens. Unless when installing for Rhino the command prompt box to the left there is no code streaming. I tried other fixes found on this forum but none of them have worked.

  1. Uninstall V-Ray for Revit or alternatively run C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\V-Ray for Revit\uninstall\Uninstall.lnk The application file does not run, so I manually delete all files from the computer that I can find associated with VRay for Revit and empty my %temp% directory, and try reinstalling and get the same issue.
  2. Updated License Server
  3. Tried updating Visual C++ Redistributable x64 and x86

None of the above has worked. How do I fix this issue?
