I wonder if anyone might help out, Is the extension from ASGvis.com supported by the ChaosGroup team?

I hope that i am not infringing any forum rules by mentioning this. If so, kindly remove this thread.

It would be best to obtain support from ASGVis directly; there is a specialized forum for V-Ray for Sketchup and Rhino too.
