The VrayFrame Buffer Resultion is set to 640x480
When rendering, it’s not considered.
My render resolution is 2043x119.. and I have no clue from where Vray is pulling that resolution format.
Any idea?

Can you send a screenshot of the settings and the VFB because we have never experienced such issue before.
