VRay GPU doesn't if I use Chaos Vantage first

I am using the latest V -Ray and Vantage 2.8.1 I have this issue that if I use chaos vantage direct link to test scenes, then I close it and try to do a test rendering with regular VRay GPU it doesn’t works. It just render a black screen, even if I change to regular VRay it doesn’t render.
The only way to use again VRay is restarting 3D Max.
I had this issue with the preview version of VRay, I thought the latest 3 updates would fix this issue but it didn’t.

Check if Distributed Rendering is still active after switching to GPU. If yes, disable it.

Thanks for the reply, sorry for the delayed follow-up.I don’t use distributed rendering, just a single machine.But after updating to the latest Vantage and Vray (Jan 2026), the problem seems to be solved.
