vray in Mac Pro Bootcamp problem

I’ve been running vray through 3ds max successfully on a MacPro in bootcamp in XP 32. I added and extra drive and installed XP64 through bootcamp on it. Max works fine, but vray gives me a "could not obtain a license (1002) error. varay Dll version is 1.60.16. Obtains license from server fine in XP32. Anyone using a setup like this? Any suggestions?

make sure you have the correct version of vray installed for your max. just because you have a 64 bit OS doesnt mean you installed the 64 bit version of max
