I am searching high quality vray leaf materials (diffuse, opacity, refl, refraction, bump map…) with correct sss (translucency) settings

no problem…go to google images and type in what ever specie you are looking for, download the appropriate image turn it into a map and pop it into the appropriate vray material. You are better off mapping it exactly to a mesh and not using alpha channels. I bring the images into autocad, trace them there and export the poly to max, turn it into a mesh, bend it or whatever and them array it around some onyxtree i’ve created…usually i array the leaves in clusters. hope that helps.
