I?ve got the following problem:
- start Max 2018.4 / Vray 3.60.04
- open scene (11-s2-1-vray3.max/5SWR)
- hit render → result A
- change VRayLight parameters from Temperature: 5500,0 to something like 2000,0 (or 100,0 anyway) and back
- hit render → result B
I?ve got no idea what`s wrong. Any ideas???
I am not quite sure what exactly is the issue that you are experiencing. Could you give us more details?
I think he means that if he changes the WB value after rendering, then changes it back immediately to the value before (which in theory should produce the same image) does not produce the same image.
I thought for this but I cannot seem to reproduce the issue on my side.
Does the issue occur on new simple scene?
With what exact version of V-Ray have you saved your scenes?
Hi guys, I am sorry for my late reply. I just came back from some holidays.
It is exactly like Art48 wrote. No matter if I am using Vray Advanced or Vray RT.
The issue occurs with several files I opened. Theses scenes were saved with Vray 3.0 or higher. But I can not reproduce it with a new scene.
Do we have the scene that you used for this test? If not, can you send it to support@chaosgroup.com so that we can reproduce the problem?
