hello,
some slaves dont load or read the DR “vray server scene.max” file. they hang at untitled max “no responce” in task manager
any help here? we already did a newstart of windows.

Do you have any messages in the logs? Either the log on your work station or the problem slave?

thats directly after starting the vray spawner. max does not load the “vray server scene.max” file.

Are you running the spawner as a regular process or as a service ?

where can i find this ini ? …no file in this dir…
Don’t worry about the INI thing - spawner will use defaults in there is no custom settings file.
Another thing - is this a new Windows install and have you run a regular backburner job on that machine before ?
sorry for the late reply.today after another restart of the slaves they render without problem. i´m so sorry yavor, maybe it was too hot last tuesday…maybe it was only too hot for me
