Vray on 2008 server OS?

Can anyone confirm if 3dsmax2009/Vray runs okay on windows server 2003 and/or 2008 server?

We are going to be setting up a large blade array and we are tossing around the idea of integrating it as a renderfarm as well.

i can do that , have win server 2008 standard and 3dmax 2009 design 64 bit + vray 1.5 sp2 ofcourse…
