Hello, we have ordered Vray advanced and already installed. But, previous to this original version we tested with a floating on the web version 
.
So now, when we install vray original and after delete all the old files in Max root and plugins, we do not obtain any reg dialog and renders have a lot of banding.
What can we do to use our Vray orig without artifacts in render?
You could try to erase this reg entry :
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ChaosGroup\VRay
then restart max and re-auth.

The reg code is valid only for one computer?
Sorry, I don’t have a clue about vray licencing.
But each time I had a problem, erasing this entry , then typing a valid auth info, solved the problem.
