J’ai un soucie à l’installation de Vray nous vennons d’acheter un abonnement 3ans Vray premium mais impossible de réaliser l’installation.
déja quand je sélectionne sur le site Chaos l’applicatif pour Revit 2025 j’ai un écran blanc… apres pluisieur tentative j’arrive à télécharger l’applicatif mais
aprés l’installation revit me met un message d’erreur et me dit de contacter le fournissuer de l’applicatif
je joins la capture du problème dans revit

Please note that our support is available in English only. However, from what I can see, it looks like there is an issue with the installation.
We recommend the following steps:
- Make sure you have installed the latest update of Revit
- Ensure you are using the latest version of V-Ray for Revit - Download V-Ray for Revit
If you are still unable to run the software after that, please submit a support request so we can proceed further with troubleshooting.
