vray stamp always change to (null)

Hi,my vray stamp always change to (null) whenever i press the render button, event if i already use “V-Ray for Maya %vrayversion | render time %rendertime” it always back to “null”
how to solve this issue?

Could you please clarify whether the stamp gets disabled or enabled but with empty variables list? Which V-Ray and Maya version is this? Do you use the IPR button or only the render button in Maya interface?
