great thanks. can you explain to me a little bit how displacement/bumps work. for instance, say i want my material to have a certain texture to it, and not just look like a sticker slapped on a wall, how would that work. also, i saw in some vray materials for 3dmax, materails came with an image and a bump layer. can youu explain this a bit, and is there something similar in sketchup?
