VRayProxy: option for compress data

Hi,

i’m working on masterplan and my animation tree Proxy are very big, like 150 MB for each tree. So, for example, a 150 MB tree, if i compress with Winrar, become 100 MB.

It’s beautifull to choose if i can compress the VRayProxy built-in when i create my VRayProxy. This only for saving space. It’a a bad idea? :slight_smile:

In SP2, newly created proxies are compressed by default with zlib, which allows relatively fast compression and decompression. Zlib compression is somewhat worse than WinRAR though.

ah, ok, but from 150 MB to 100 is a little high difference (not huge at all). Anyway thank’s for the explanation.
