I have the new Vrayscatter for Vray SP3. It has tons of problems, but I can’t seem to get any help getting them fixed. As of now vrayscatter is useless. Anyone know of a fix?
I posted on their site and emailed, but cannot get an answer.
I attached a jpg of my vrayscatter dialog and the issues are obvious.
I’m going to go out on a limb here and say theres something wrong on your end. I’m willing to bet that if you deleted your configs it would work.
I had this as well. It was due to the license not being installed right. I redid my license and it works as expected now.

I also note that at the bottom of my vrayscatter dialog, it says Vrayscatter 2.04 Beta, even thought it is vrayscatter for sp3. Is this correct?
its scatter 2.04 FOR vray sp3. the version number of scatter doesnt need to be the same as that of vray
I deleted the config file and now the “count” figure is a general number rather than a distance, which is a good start, but the proxies are still offsetting from the location they are supposed to be at.
I cant even get my proxies to render one they are scattered.
