Warped reflections

I noticed upon observation of materials in the real world ie. chrome, glass, shiny floors, etc. that the reflections casted on these materials does not really reflect perfect reflections. In one way or the other, it shows warped or distorted reflections on uneven surfaces of these materials. My question, how can you achieve similar reflection in VRay when applying say a chrome or glass material on a surface?

Re: Warped reflections

A slight bump map should get you going.

Re: Warped reflections

a secondary reflection layer with a slight glossiness reduction will also help make the reflection look much more realistic (see michas material creation tutorials).
