Some problem with white balance color
I see the dynamics. Your choice of low color temperature is your desicion so I don’t think one should argue with that.
But take a good look at actual water stream coming from a tap. In most cases the water is aerated with bubbles due to the filter at the end of the tap, so its refraction as well as reflection gets quite low because there is too much redirecting of the lightrays going on inside the stream. This is leading the appearance of the stream to be diffused white.
Also the noise modifier is way too strong. Usually a tap’s water stream has a tiny variation in diameter over the short distance from tap to basin.
Check out this image I made a couple of weeks ago, this is what I mean. And I think, the stream is still too refractive.

On a side note: Let your renderings cook longer, there is just too much noise for a final image.
This is much better. It looks much more friendly with higher white balance.
