You can report posts as spam and we’ll take care of deleting them and disabling those user accounts. Unfortunately, it’s not really a single user; seems like someone simply registers new accounts regularly to post spam in the public sections.

Just as a side note ppl should use the Report Button instead of PMing Mods (unless chaos prefers otherwise, but that way all mods get the notice).
And i assume it´s bots rather then ppl so here are some hints to stop bots in case you didnt see these yet:
