Web viewer not working

I’m having quite a lot of trouble getting the web viewer to work. I uploaded a small hotel room project. The viewer works fine in Firefox(63.0) but not in Chrome(70.0.3538.77). I get a WebGL2 error when using Chrome. And it hasn’t worked consistently in Firefox either. I sent the viewer link to a friend who could not view the project in either browser. It would just hang at loading.

Is this feature not ready for prime time?
