hello! having issues with enscape. im not too sure why the view is so strange im not too sure about how to describe it. usually enscape would work on a later version, but my school only has the earlier versions so i had to resort to that. i was using the trial version earlier for the latest version of enscape and it worked perfectly fine, so im not sure what happened. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

In such a case please (always) forward a dedicated report via the support/feedback button directly (including log files) as detailed here: How do I contact Support? - News & FAQ - Enscape Community Forum
Should the support/feedback button not work you can also submit a help center request instead as also detailed in the thread linked above.
Please ideally make use of the support button (previously feedback button) instead though so once this has been reported we can further check which version of Enscape you are currently using exactly, what your machines specification is and whether or not it’s still supported, alongside graphics card driver dates and so forth. Just perhaps we will have to advice you to upgrade to a latter version accordingly but we’ll let you know more specifically afterward.
