Due to DLSS and Denoising being exclusive to NVIDIA cards (Ray-traced sun-shadows also work with AMD cards now), I would personally go with the RTX 2070 - In case you really wish to frequently work with larger scenes especially and/or very high-resolution renderings than the 6700 may perhaps be the better choice due to the fact that this card has 4GB more VRAM.
