Hi everyone, my question is what is the best plants and trees plug-in to use with Vray.

does anyone ever try Vue esprit??? is it a good one.

Do you have plug-in that fit well with Vray.

And i have the same question for peoples that walk ?

Do you have something to suggest.

Dont use Vue Desprit. It uses large amounts of opacity maps, and not just for leaves, but entire secondary branch sections. Vray HATES that. We’ve gone to all geometry trees. I dont know package at moment.

Hi jodestroy !

Here is a very good plugin to make trees for 3DS Max/Viz. ARBORETUM
It uses opacity for leaves but is very efficient…
Moreover, pine trees have needles made with Vray fur.
All the textures are Vray materials.

Its price is exceptional too: 50 € for 12 Trees.
There are two series, the first one will give you acces to vine trees in a
few time and the second one has more florished trees.

the trees may be animated too and can receive 2D or 3D snow…
