what is the best time of the day and month to set for the best realistic rendering

I need to know what time of the day and month we should set for our renders in general. I know for every render settings should be different but as beginner user how we set our time of the day and month in Sketchup for the most realistic renders.

I think there a lot of variables that go that go into the ideal time of day and I’ve never seen an option to change month and day
