What possibility is there to generate renders and video where water fall is noticed using sketchup and enscape?

Greetings, does anyone have the knowledge of how to show that the water falls in the enscape? I can't figure out how to generate that effect.
I have tried various ways to make it noticeable but to no avail. thanks

What if you start by using a curtain or a bedspread etc;

make a solid of it;

give it glass as material;

give it a water bump texture;

adjust other parameters
