I have been trying, for several months, to get a response from the Vray homepage. I apply for the password to download the demo/free versions and never receive a response.
Are they no longer processing requests, or what?
What’s the point of hiding the demo behind a password anyway? It’s a DEMO…
Jeez. Sorry, but I’m getting really frustrated.
The demo requests are handled automatically, so the password should be sent to you immediately.
Maybe your server is doing something weird with email from Chaos.
Try submitting with a different email address and see if that helps.
I downloaded the new demo today and had no problem with passwords :? wierd
Cobalt, please send us an email to vray@chaosgroup.com and we’ll generate a password for you. Sometimes the automatic email sent by the server gets lost on its way…
