What's the fastest way to only get render elements?

Sometimes I need additional render elements. In the settings I turn off lights and shadows and the gi and hit render . But I’m wondering if there is a better way to just render out the elements and get fastest theren speed .
any insights?

It temporarily changes rendersettings and materials to render out masks as fast as can be. Afterwards the scene is as before.
