Where are the sample files from the manual?

Hey, guys. The Vray class I am teaching is next week -- and I just noticed that I only have about half of the sample files shown in the manual. I searched the site and forums with no luck. Can anyone direct me to where they might be hiding?

One example from the book

Here is one of the sample files that makes a good demo, but I can;t find the Rhino file anywhere.
