I think they are all great to be honest - It really depends on the mood you like to go for in my opinion.
For the most “neutral” mood I would go with the HDR file in the last renderings, the others are a bit more gloomy, especially the one used in the first rendering, which may perhaps be a bit off-putting to some if you want to just present the project itself.
