Am I the only experiencing problems with the white balance from the camera?
either is set on d65 or neutral, colours won’t change, they look the same

Are we talking about the V-Ray Physical Camera? There’s a variety of White Balance presets from which to choose. Do you see only those two? There’s no difference because Neutral and D65 are similar (5000-6500K).
Otherwise, have you tried using the Auto-White Balance option (Render Setup> V-Ray> Camera) and transferring the value to the camera?

you are right, neutral and d65 are very subtle in difference.
might be my fault, I used to use vray for cinema 4d, 1.9 verison, so maaaaaany years ago, and d65 had a stronger blue dominant, that’ why was looking weird for me.
