New to Vray/Sketchup and my wood floors from Chaos Cosmos library looks awful - white segments. It has to be something easy to fix but I have tried everything and am so frustrated! Any tips? The white shapes on floors don’t look like real shadows to me. Thanks!

Could I ask you to share your scene to check it on our side? If this is alright please open a ticket using this submit request form and upload the archived scene in the ticket.
Make sure to archive it with the Pack Project tool (Extensions > V-Ray > Pack Project tool).
Also please share your exact V-Ray version (Extensions>V-Ray>Help>About V-Ray).
Do you get the same results if you change the material? For example try a new simple Generic material.
If you try to render with a V-Ray render engine instead of V-Ray Vision is the result similar?
