WIBU Key Problem

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

Hi,

i’ve installed Vray 1.5 SP5 with wibu key driver
the dongle appear in the wibu control pannel
the vray licence server appear in the task bar
but no licence when i start 3ds max i had no licence

i try http://localhost:30304 in the web explorer
and th wibu key appear but no licence is activate

Render licenses 0
Interface licenses 0
Network licenses 0
DR licenses 0

could i uprade my wibu key

Did it work before, or you just got the dongle? Sometimes the dongles ship without a license on them (although it should not happen, in theory…) In any case, please email us to vray@chaosgroup.com and we’ll sort it out.

i’ve never work before with this dongle,i just got it last week,
before i was working in another company before with a dongle
wich has not this problem.
