WIP in 1.5

same, I much prefer the renders to the photo’s!

In terms of the design, I really like those curved concrete balustrades/handrails with glass between. The old entrance was terrible!

Personal preference I think would be to have a bit more contrast and more defined dark areas to get it looking more like a photo but at the moment it does look very natural and realistic. lots of awesome details, very nice!

love the subtelty…totally convincing. nice design too, rendered perfectly.

Hello saluto_

AMAZING !!! One of the best ever !!!

Is it possible that we can see some mashes or info of lighting maybe

Regards
Srdjan

why is it I haven’t been able to see his renders for a few days now?

same here.

Thanks all.
VraySky + VraySun + Physical camera. Ir map (DE=on) + LC

:frowning: I wish it as that easy, :frowning: (but then its the challenge we love)
Saluto, you could make my day by telling me what colour mapping you used, anyone care to contribute how to get such soft shadows with Vray Sun?

Thanks,
Tom

yep, just increase the size multiplyer

Cheerss man, I must’nt have upped it enough

Tom

Color mapping: Reinhard default.

Reinhard default - isnt that just linear multiply then?

Yep

Hi, saluto_!

The renders are just excellent!!

Could you tell us about the tree shadows you used in the scene? Do they come from a “real” 3D tree from behind of the camera, or is it a plane with opacity? I guess it´s not a shadow projector map because of the technique you are using (VraySun + VraySky, not a direct or a spot)

Thanks, and congratulations! Keep inspiring us!

3D tree from behind of the camera.

Incredible stuff Saluto

could you post a wire frame of the scene ?

regards

N

simply stunning.
How could you do that without wavelenght simulation, man?
Jokes apart, you have superb interpretative skills, man.
Mood and HF detail is all there, your pictures call for eye squeezing and a closer look: trademark of good stuff

Lele

whew, I can see them again. Very nice work. You can’t underestimate how impactful it is to break up your lighting, key or otherwise, with things like trees and such. Very well done.

Congratulation, Great Job…
