wireframe to smooth+higlights

V-Ray V-Ray for 3ds Max Issues

In some files when i switch from wireframe to smooth+highlights mode (F3) Max 9 64bit continue a crashed…(win XP 64bit),
hardware used: dual xeon 5160, 4 gb ram, geforce 8800 GTS

Same problem in Max 9 32bit on win xp 32bit, hardware used: dual xeon 3.4 Ghz, 2 gb ram, quadro fx 1300…

All material are Vray

Both system are running with direct3D (recommended) display drivers.
In open gl works fine but extremly slooow…

It is Max 9 problem or Vray?

thats must be the origin of ur problem i suppose then!
