On monday I applied for an enscape student license that I need next monday but I submitted the proof in the wrong language. I sent an email to enscape but I havent had an answer yet. Is it possible to resubmit or do I need to wait until the reject my proof to submit the correct document?

Right away we’ve received your further input in regards to your proof being in a different language, but that will likely not be an issue - In this case it would be best to simply wait for a further reply from our educational team which you should receive rather soon.
Least I can do is resetting your trial time here in the meantime if that would help, for that I’d just require your “machine fingerprint” to be found via the “Enscape Account” settings → “Licenses” tab:
Don’t mind this if you’re still having access to your trial time, otherwise I can make an exception and grant you a further 14 days. Again only if that helps of course.

Pardon the confusion, I could’ve been more clear.
The mentioned Enscape account menu and thus the licensing tab within can be accessed via the Enscape ribbon (or context menu depending on your CAD solution) as marked here (on the very right):
Despite the colors and logos likely looking different for you in case you’re not using our Preview of Enscape 4.0, the menu structure should be the same.
From there on you can then find and copy your machine fingerprint:

Thank you very much! I’ve reset your trial time now, granting you a further 14 days to make use of Enscape. Of course you should receive your dedicated educational license long before that renewed trial ends.

I wish I could already give you an exact date regarding when you’ll receive your educational license, but you should already at least get a response back on Monday after the weekend from our EDU team. From there on it shouldn’t take much longer until your dedicated license will be sent out as well.
