We just acquired some render machines with Xeons 2696v4. All is well configured except when rendering with Vray 5.2 in bucket. The cores only go up to 33% and core speed at 0.8-0.9 ghz.
When running corona benchmark the processors are used at 100% and we get a nice score of 33s, same with Vray Benchmark with a score of 34.000 points.
Do we have to do anything special for them to work properly in vray?

Hello, it is happening on all scenes. We are also using Deadline to manage our render farm.
Here’s a screen of what’s happening in task manager, half the cores are stopped and the other half only go to 40-50% max. On 2 other machines all cores are working but at 40-50%.
Could you run one more test? Try to render the same scene locally on one of these computers and share the result.
We’ll try but it might take some time, since the machines aren’t connect to the internet and don’t have a workstation 3dsmax license.
