This are some characters we designed for the colombian franchise of the xfactor reality show’s expectation campaign. hope you like em. Hair was painted on photoshop.

Those are just fantastic!
The one critique I have is some of the characters are floating above the ground which looks a little odd. Of course unless they have the ability to levitate. 
hehe. right. floating cats!!
the animations look good, very little flicker… are you using max? I haven’t seen many character animations using vray and would love to know more about your process.

Yes, we use max. Actually for some we used medium animation preset because of time constratints… those ficker. For others we raised settings and flicker was resuced, but time considerably increased.
There is not that much sicence to the process. Just a studio set up and high enough settings
