User Stuck Unable to Sign into Collaboration from VFB

One of our artists in unable to sign into the collaboration section in the VFB. The blue sing in button pops up and can be clicked, but doesn't lead to any login portal.

This usually is related to Chaos Unified login app (ULA) not running. You can start it manually with "Start ULA ..." from windows start menu. If issue persist then you can check ULA logs at %LocalAppData%\Chaos\UnifiedLogin\logs, if you see errors there then you need to contact our support for instructions how to reset ULA configuration. This may happen when windows security settings for the current user are changed (joining windows domain) or some significant hardware change.
