Share Access Options not available

I am trying to share the link to a project in collaboration but there is no drop down to change the access to anyone with a link. This was present previously.

I have been able to change the access for individual folders and tours but cannot change the access for the project.

christopher_hipwell Hi! Sharing Projects publicly has never been available in the system, only folder and files under projects have this permission setting.
