no denoiser render element in exr file

Hey guys

Using Vray 3 Rhino 6 and Chaos cloud render but not getting denoiser channel in EXR file. Can someone please explain.

Hi Jahnyboy,

Can you please open the EXR in the V-Ray Frame Buffer (VFB) and look for the denoiser render element as described in this docs article? Please let me know whether this helps.

Thats where its missing from! and its very hit and miss- 2 of the same renderings done one after the other will have it one time and not the next- It makes no sense. This is costing me credits for nothing.

All the other render elements come out but not denoiser or after effects- Denoiser is turned on in the asset editor.

Can you please share the Job URL with me (if it is more convenient for you, you can do so in a direct message to me in the forum here)? The URL holds the Job ID which I can use to locate the job and investigate it further in our backend. There might be a bug.
