No, Yeti for Maya is not yet supported in Chaos Cloud.

Xgen should be supported. Please first make a quick test just to be sure that we cover your case. But I expect that it's supported by Chaos Cloud. Please let me know how the test goes.

I have successfully rendered shots with Ornatrix for maya hair on chaos cloud. it was seamless because we use the built in alembic caching in ornatrix.
