Is there any sort of workflow for using Chaos Cloud with ACES? I've had success through the VFB using the OCIO config file, but I'm unaware how to get the same results through Cloud.
I was not successful trying this. I need to save an animation as Tif using ACES. It works fine in VFB with the OCIO config file, but how can achieve the same in Chaos Cloud?
Please note that currently, Lut files do not work on Chaos Cloud. The issue is related to another issue we reported into our bug-tracker (CLOUD-2364). As a temporary workaround, you could open the image file locally in VFB2, apply the Lut and save it.
We will post an update when we have any progress with the issue.
Also, Chaos Cloud does not have full support for tif as output. There is also a warning for this when you submit a job with Tif output. Please use another file format. We will recommend you to use exr or vrimg for 16 or 32-bit outputs.
Hey, I am in a similar situation. I have a scene with a custom ACEScg OCIO set up in Maya, and I need to render animation on Chaos Cloud. I am using AcesCg1.2. Will Chaos render my animation in AcesCg color space?
Chaos Cloud does not support OCIO, yet. We are working on adding support, but for now the workaround is to load the image in the VFB and apply the OCIO config, after the cloud rendering is finished.

Same issue here. If I render vrimage in cloud with colour correction set to just sRGB then download the image from cloud, open it in VFB locally and apply the OCIO I get a totally incorrect result. What am I doing wrong?
Cheers
