Render cloud time

Hi everyone,
I recently bought the chaos collection and I was testing out a scene I made with Phoenix FD and Vray.
I was testing the cloud service....I read the documentation online but something looks weirds to me.
I did a render test on my machine, 14 core i( 10940x, and it tooks around 40 minutes.
How is it possible that on cloud, renderfarm so, it took 55 minutes and about 5 credits?
Just want to understand how the system works

Is it possible to forward us the Job ID number (see how here: https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...HowtogetaJobID) along with logs from Chaos Cloud and from the local rendering so we can check for any hints? Additionally, you may forward us the scene in question so we can test it out via our contact form. Much appreciated!

Good afternoon,
I was wondering if there was any news about it? I was told the scene was going to be checked but I never heard back about this.

I tired again with the latest updates, vray and chaoscloud, but I still have the problems
in particular:
Render time is higher than what I have on my pc
Wetmap is not recognaised

Attached the results:
chaos render: 15 mins 26 sec for 1,546 credits, resolution 720x480

my pc: about 3 minuts, 720x480
my pc (with liquids): about 7 minutes , res 720x480

thanks for your reply.
I don't expect you guys fix the problem straight away.
I'm just happy to know if you are still looking into it or if it has been forgotten in the middle of the millions of tickets you receive every day.

Could you let me know also if there is any issue with the wet map to be recognized by renderfarms, please?
